Esto vino ocurriendo en los últimos meses :

Saqué mi primer disco de Baby Scream en colaboración, un ep en vivo en EL Loco Club de Valencia, junto a Eze Gruber, con quien vengo tocando hace un tiempo.

El ep consta de 6 canciones, 3 de "Castell de Pop" y 3 versiones (Ain't No Sunshine de Bill Withers, Drive de The Cars y Everybody's Got to Learn Sometime de The Korgis)

Explosions, Castell de Pop, Exile SH Magazine

Bueno, finalmente puedo ir develando esta apuesta que la gente de Exile SH Magazine (España) ha hecho por mi música.

Resulta que el año pasado grabé un disco bajo mi alter ego Baby Scream, en principio lo hice para tenerlo yo, pero se terminó convirtiendo en el primer lanzamiento que el Exile hace como sello discográfico. El disco se llama "Castell de Pop" y será mi primer disco editado en vinilo, y antes de su salida van a llegar 3 singles, cada uno con una especie de cara b que no quedó incluida en el disco. So, I finally can tell the world about this awesome release! I got signed by a new Spanish label, they were an online blog for years but a while ago they decided to publish some really cool books about Rock and Roll. Their new adventure was becoming a record label, and their first ever LP is none other that "Castell de Pop", an album that I recorded in 2021, while experiencing the worst existential crisis ever. It was not my idea to release this album, but I loved what the good people at Exile SH Magazine (Spain) proposed to me. A nice vinyl release, along with some singles (each one of them comes with a b side) and beautiful videos created by the amazing Jim Ether (U.S.A.) So here it is, the first single, "Explosions", and the video that comes along with it.

Castell de Pop

I decided to record a new album in 2021, and so I did.....I recorded 20 songs, chose 10 of them and put the album togetther to release it at some point, or even better, to be released by somebody else. I won't be doing the usual Spotify bs and stuff, just a vinyl this time around. Nick Schinder (who was the producer again) uploaded this tune in which Ky Anto plays an amazing slide guitar. Fuck 2020

Les comparto esta nota que me hizo para Laberinto Rock la amiga Mateo Meth, hace un año en Buenos Aires, la acaban de subir y la vi entera. Puedo decir que es una nota sin ningún tipo de filtro creo, me noto relajado, lo cual es bastante raro en mí. Hablo sobre los discos hechos junto a Nick Schinder, Mariano Azcurra y Multiverzal, el disco de Maria Mathe (Muchas Hormigas), mi vida en Valencia, Roberto Fiorenza y hasta digo que Santio Santio es estable. Extraño mucho Buenos Aires.

Stolen Bolan

The amazing guys at Just One More Thing Records are about to release a different kind of tribute album to Marc Bolan. Basically, every artist here contributed songs that were inspired by Marc, not your average tribute album. I know some of the guys in here, pretty awesome bunch. The cd features 2 Baby Scream songs ("Jokes" and "I Don't Wanna Wake Up From This Dream", both produced by my friend Nick Schinder) Can't wait for this!!!!

Fan, Fan, Fan / The Worst Of...

I have 2 new releases.....woo hoo!!!!!

"Fan, Fan, Fan" is a 12 song cd, I recorded it with the help of Nick Schinder in Argentina, between 2013 and 2014.

It took me some time to release an album of new songs, a big part of "Fan, Fan, Fan" was written while I was living in Berlin, Germany.

"The Worst Of..." is a collection of re recorded songs, covers and some leftovers from "Fan, Fan, Fan"

Both cds are available from Bandcamp at the moment, pretty soon they are going to be available from all digital stores.

So, Jon was pronounced dead...but he was actually smoking a fat one and having a good time, anyway, I recorded a very simple version of "Secret Place" (well, actually the genius behind El Balcon Buenos Aires, Nick Schinder did...)
